I liked the idea behind this episode but I think it ended up being one of those episodes where their tried to fit too much in. The multiple personality was a good idea but we never really found out why it happened because they were spending too much time focused on Nichols and his Dad. The whole boxing side to this episode made it kind of boring. Plus when you have characters that have nicknames that are used on a regular basis as well as normal names, it makes it kindof hard to keep track of everyone. I think I would have liked the episode if they had of just focused on the dog fighting

Whilst this episode was kind of fun in that it would have worked as an old fashion murder mystery, kind of like a game of clue, it didn't work as a CI episode and seemed kind of silly. Plus there had to be all sorts of breaches of regulations having Nichols investigate the case when he not only knew the murder victim but dated the daughter. They ( Read more... )

I loved the name of this episode, very punny! The idea of the episode was good, although there was no mystery to it, you knew from the beginning exactly what had happened. But I suppose the mystery was whether the detectives were going to discover what really happened, rather than what had happened.

I think they had an episode like this in SVU back during one of the early seasons, where a woman became pregnant by her powerful father in law. Of course the difference in that episode was that the mother in law wasn't aware. Plus it was most definitely consensual, this episode I'm not so sure about...
